Terms of service

This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It is published so the acceptance process can be tested, and it will be replaced before general availability.
The service
ChannelMojo analyses marketplace data that you supply, or that is fetched through connections you configure yourself, and proposes improvements. Suggestions are advice. You remain responsible for what you publish.
Account and workspace
You create your own workspace. Only people you invite can reach it. You are responsible for managing those invitations and for what your colleagues can see.
Publishing to marketplaces
The service publishes nothing to a marketplace without your explicit authorisation. Automatic publishing is off by default.
Acceptable use
No abuse of automated features, no attempts to reach another customer's data, and no use that degrades the service for others. We may apply usage limits to keep the service available.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. This is a beta.
Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time. We may restrict access in cases of abuse or breach of these terms.
