Privacy statement

This document is a working draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It is published so the acceptance process can be tested, and it will be replaced before general availability.
What we process
Your account details (name, email address), your organisation details, and the marketplace data fetched through your own connections: products, listings, orders, returns and advertising statistics.
Separation between customers
Data is separated per organisation, and that separation is enforced in the database with Row Level Security rather than in application code alone. A user can only see data belonging to organisations they are a member of.
Marketplace credentials
Credentials you enter are stored encrypted and never shown back to you. They do not leave the server and are never sent to the browser.
AI processing
Listing and performance data is sent to Anthropic in order to generate suggestions. No marketplace credentials and no passwords are ever included.
Passwords
Passwords are held by our authentication provider and never stored in our own tables. We cannot read them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via the contact address in your workspace.
